Seeks to increase access to modern teaching and learning materials for students who attend Livingstonia Community School. The school serves 1,852 students who live in a very poor area. The ratio of students to textbooks is 1:20. The grant proposal requests support to purchase 160 textbooks for students in grades 1-8.

Seeks assistance to support educational opportunities for 100 pre-primary children who live in slum areas where there is a high rate of illiteracy in Kenya. The school provides a free meal to entice children to come to school and learn. The grant proposal requests support for 200 books with the organization providing $100 in matching funds.

Seeks to promote Multimedia training to 50 young girls through procurement of computers to learning CENTRE In Kasese Uganda for Act women foundation training. The grant proposal requests support to improve ICT through Multimedia training and to design the proposed courses for 50 women to ensure full employment.

A River Blue
Seeks to create a reliable and economical means of irrigation that will help solve the food shortage problem and poverty in the Alebtong District in Northern Uganda. 120 young women have been trained with this technology to grow crops during the six-month dry season. The grant proposal requests support to purchase vegetable seeds and agro-chemicals to train an additional 60 young women with this technology.
